Pasteurised Liquid Egg
Staple Foods are now very pleased to be able to offer pasteurised liquid egg in 1 litre clear plastic bottles.
Liquid egg is availabe in whole egg, egg white and egg yolk. All have a shelf life of 56 days after production when stored between 0°C to 4°C.
Pasteurised Liquid Whole Egg
Whole liquid egg is made from good quality eggs, pasteurised in their packaging to ensure an unvarying and consistent level of quality. Packaged in clear plastic bottles with handles, their screw tops ensure easiness to open and close whilst still being able to see have much is left.
Pasteurised Liquid Egg Yolk
Liquid egg yolk is made from good qualilty eggs and as above are pasteurised in their packaging. While their screw tops lids on clear plastic bottles with handles mades this product easy to use for pastry, ice cream, sauces, cooked meals, etc.
Pasteurised Liquid Egg White
This product is produced in the same way as above which ensures higher whipping properties than that of unpasteurised egg white. This product is suitable for all applications where beaten egg white is used, including biscuits, ice cream, mousse, sweet, meringue and all traditional recipes.
