Ingredients: WHEAT flour, butter (MILK) (19%), water, chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (E322 SOY)) (10%), yeast, sugar, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate), WHEAT GLUTEN, skimmed MILK, vegetable oils (rapeseed), dextrose, MILK proteins, vegetable proteins, flour treatment agent (E300), enzymes.

Directions for use
Baking instructions: Use baking paper
Baking from frozen: 1. Bake 18 – 20 mins at 165°C 2. Allow to cool down for 30 mins.
Thaw and Bake: 1. Defrost for 20 mins 2. Bake 12–14 min at 180 °C 3. Allow to cool down for 30 mins
Baking time and temperaturecan vary according the type of oven. Make sure the oven is properly preheated. While preheating, set the oven 25°C higher than the specified baking temperature because opening the oven causes the temperature to drop.
Storage instructions
Storage at -18°C. Do not refreeze once thawed. Keep the bag well closed to avoid freeze burn.
