Cocotine Chilled Liquid Egg Yolk
When separated from the whites, pasteurised egg yolks can be used to bind your sauces but also to emulsify fats. Each 1kg carton contains approximately 66 egg yolks.

Storage instructions
Before opening: Keep between 0 °C and + 4 °C.
After opening: Keep between 0 °C and + 4°C and to use within 72 hours.
