When separated from the whites, pasteurised egg yolks can be used to bind your sauces but also to emulsify fats. Each 1kg carton contains approximately 66 egg yolks.

Directions for use

Shake before use. Use in egg based recipes such as creams, mayonnaise, quiche, baking, etc. 

 

Storage instructions

Before opening: Keep between 0 °C and + 4 °C.

After opening: Keep between 0 °C and + 4°C and to use within 72 hours.
