Directions for use
Defrost the pack individually during 12 to 24 hours (at 0/+4°C) before using. Shake before using. Used in recipes using eggs: omelettes, flans, baking. Equivalent to 22 eggs per kg.
Storage instructions
Before opening, to be kept at -12°C. After opening, consume within 24 hours after thawing. Do not refreeze after thawing.
