Directions for use
This ingredient can be used either in sweet and salty preparations in the fields of bakery, biscuit, chocolate, as well as in ice cream and hot sauces. It also exhausts sweet and salty flavours for the purpose of reducing sugar or salt. Resistant to baking temperatures and active in acid conditions, the roasted dairy preparation provides a feeling of roundness in both hot and cold applications. Indicative dosage rates ranges from 0.5 to 4% (total weight of the recipe).
