A UHT Cream suitable for whipping and for dressing cakes and desserts. For a better performance chill in the fridge 24 hours before whipping.

 

Ingredients

CREAM, stabiliser, carrageenan (E407).

Contains MILK. Suitable for vegetarians.

 

Directions for use

Store the product in the fridge for about 24 hours before use. To be whipped, the product must have a temperature of +4°C /+5°C.

 

Storage instructions

Store the product in a cool place, at a temperature between +4°C and +10°C. After opening keep refrigerated and use within 3-4days.
